Back from SZ and HK..

I'm back from biz trip to Shenzhen and HK... was tiring.. let me tell u wat i have done for the past 4 days...

Reached Changi Airport at 630am.. Enthu abt my trip... =) I only brought 1 backpack and laptop bag with me..

Brunch on plane


I took the 130pm ferry to Shenzhen Shekou ferry terminal.. My flight arrived at HK ariport at 1215pm.. so i had 0.5 hr to kill.. Need to take the bus to the ferry terminal at 1pm.. So I bought a magazine to read on the ferry.. it's damn gd.. even taught us in details how to do nice eye makeup and hair.. then the clothes super chio... singapore magazine no fight man..


My room at Holiday Inn.. I booked a king size bed.. they gave me 2 single beds.. haiz.. nmind lah..


Reason for taking this pic is cos my hair looks smooth.. i'm more suitable to stay in places where the weather is cooler.. skin and hair seems smoother.. hehe


On the bus from Shi Jie Zhi Chuan MTR station back to hotel.. This is bus 70 (instructed by the hotel staff).. I had to take a bus to the nearest MTR station "Window of the world" station approx 20mins. Then take a train to Hua Qiang Lu approx. 25mins.


I told the engineer the next day where I went.. He was quite impressed that I went there on my own.. cos he said it's quite far from where I stayed and there were pickpockets there. so quite dangerous to go alone.. The place I went is Hua Qiang Bei Lu..

I was quite clueless as to which mall to go.. As I walked I only saw malls selling IT pdts.. Then I was thinking if I have been to the wrong place.. then I saw a mall selling female clothes.. but not cheap.. then i exit the mall and I saw a place like Bugis.. Happi lah.. hehe.. it's shopping paradise.. lots of things to buy.. mostly bags and clothes.. then i bought a super nice jeans.. the sales girl was super nice too.. helped me to find like over 10 pairs of jeans.. then I found one tt i really like and fitted me.. it's not super cheap.. but reasonable.. 230 RMB.. then she oso explained where they goods came from.. they were extras made by the factory of branded labels or some had a little defects.. but they looks nice to me though... then we discussed abt her fav singers.. Steff and tanya.. mine too..


Working in the hotel at 10pm.. checking email.. super tired.. cos I didnt sleep well the nite b4... I have my little elephant to pei me.. =)

My Shoppings on the first day. Bought 2 CK bags, 1 Agus B bag, 1 CK top, 2 cute tops and 1 nice jeans.. =)I split my money into 3 portion.. so i dun have enough money for the day.. so planned to go back there on the 3rd day... cos i planned to go to Luo Wu to find tiffany jewellery.. but was really disappointed.. cos the quality sux.. have to asked them to bring the nicer ones.. pls the prices they quoted are exobitant.. luckily the engineer helped me to bargain.. haha..


First nite slept at 1plus am.. woke up suddenly at 530am.. dunno why.. then didnt sleep well after.. woke up at 715 and went for breakie and then met the engineer for the count.. Then took the car to the CM site @ DongGuang for the count.. ended at 5pm and reached Shenzhen at 6plus.. Went to Luo Wu Shopping centre.. Main aim is to buy tiffany fakes.. But was dissapointed.. all of those looked quite fake. then finally the engineer went to approach on auntie to show us nicer ones..then the cost she first quote was 400...piang.. so ex.. 400 for 2 pieces..then he helped me to bargain till 80..thx to him.. then didnt buy anything there already.. wasted trip..
Reached hotel at 10plus.. logged to check email... but something wrong with my remote access. I restarted my com for 4 times then gave up.. attempted to sleep early at 12.. but only managed to sleep at 1am.. super tired.. then woke up at 6 again. peng.. waited for the morning call at 7.. then washup and ate breakie and meet the engineer at the lobby at 8am.. Went to another CM at Guangzhou.. 1.15hr ride.. Tt count ended late.. then we had our dinner at Guangzhou cos he anticipated that there will be traffic jam... had dinner until 730pm and setoff.. Really loh... there's traffic jam.. it's super kua zhang one.. the car was stationary for 1 hr... Piang.. I have the urge to go to the toilet cos jus had dinner.. then we had Tsingtao beer oso..

One farnie thing was the storekeeper of the CM (girl) thought that i came from another part of China.. peng.. She say my mandarin not bad.. dun sound like Singaporean.. then I wondered Singaporeans can speak quite ok chinese wat.. I dunno whether it's a compliment or not.. plus the engineer oso commented that i looked like someone who drinks.. look like meh? Onli managed to reach Shenzhen at 11pm.. damn damn tired.. then checked email and slept at 1plus.. nearly died.. then woke up at 715 and prepared to check out.. all ready to go to HK for food =)

Reached HK ferry terminal.. I cant take a ferry back to HK Airport cos i cant leave Hk.. it's only for departure from HK airport.. Wanted to go to the airport to deposit by barang barangs.. So i hav to lug 2 bags and 1 super heavy lap top bag to walk around..



My Dim sum lunch.. This is mango pomelo. I went to Chao Lou at TST... finally went to TST. didnt go there last dec.. but there's nothing much to shop over.. or maybe i got no inkling on where to go...

On Airport Express to Airport. I planned to take a train from MK to Airport at 330pm and checkin at 430pm.. but I really had no strength to shop already and it's troublesome to move around with so much stuff.. So i left MK at 230pm and reached Airport at 330pm.. So much time to nuah.. So listen to MP3 and read my magazine over and over again..

Bought another Magazine.. I dun have enough money to buy 1 box of Lao Po bing.. damn sad.. I had 40 left but the lao po bing cost 50.. siah.. so used the money to buy another magazine.. but it's not as nice as the one i first bought

Went HK with Huimin.. Too lazy to blog abt it.. haha.. since it has been 1 mth late... pls refer to the photos on facebk.. haha.. it was a supre duper good trip.. totally enjoyed myself =) even though we r not very close, but still everything went well and visited most of the places we planned.. Was very hiao too... makeup, dressed up.. was sooooo fun.. we went macau, ate nice wanton noodles, double boiled milk, egg tarts, The Peak, BubbaGUmp, Mongkok, Tong luo wan, Lantau Island, and many many more places.. LuV HK!!!

7/1/09 - Went for Audition.. haha.. haiz.. still waiting, waiting.. i really want it..

Nothing much happened le.. busy with work as usual

25/1 - 除夕
YEAH.. Reunion dinner - steamboat and Lou Hei!! Yumpz.. Lou Hei with abalone, pacific clams, salmon sashimi, baby octopus.. played sparkles after dinner..





26/1/09 - CNY!!!
Went to Pontian (JB) on the first day to visit my little uncle who was adopted another family.. It was a super long journey.. took the longer way via 2nd link.. =( managed to reach there at 2pm.. =( i could hav reach HK le loh.. but was fun.. tok and slept on the bus.. nothing special happened.. reached singapore at 730 pm.. exhasted from the travelling.. but was still happi.. i realised I dun need big events to be happi.. little toks and bond can make me happi too..

27/1 - CNY day 2
Nua at home.. went to an auntie's hse.. went vivo for dinner. Jap BBQ.. yumppie.. tender beef, pork, chicken and prawn..

28/1 - Start work.. boring.. onli 3 of us went to work on tt day.. haha...

31/1- Watched Bride Wars.. nice =)

Haiz.. dunno wat I wan in life.. so lost.. bleak economy.. to pursue with my interest??swimming, children, events??? to cont to do wat i hav studied??

Really luv to hang out with motivating ppl.. ppl with goal, focus.. makes me more positive.. i need positive field.. everytime i tok to u guys, it makes me feel better for a while.. =) luv happi ppl..like ppl who share, contribute, listen...
