日本，东京 8.9级地震与海啸
11March2011 - 星期五
这一天发生了一起惊天动地的一起天灾。 日本发生了8。9 级地震与海啸。10m海啸把屋子卷走，淹没稻田， 一瞬间变成汪洋一片。 满目疮痍的景象随处可见， 看了叫人心酸。
12月到了日本游玩。 虽然仅仅2周，我却深深地爱上那里。日本人地礼貌和自序让我自叹不如。优美的风景更不用说。新鲜的海产料理仍然还再刁斗着我的味蕾。这么一个完美的地方，大自然这么舍得摧毁它呢？
可是在逆境中， 我们仍让能看到他们面对困难的不同。 地震发生时，他们都不惶恐，不尖叫的撤离。 在避难依然能手自序的领取物品。在离开后，却一点垃圾都不留。是对灾难的熟悉，还是逆境已经把他们训练得更坚强了？
现实所发生的情景，犹如电影版地呈现出来。这不得不让我们联想到世界末日的可能。
希望大家能更积极的面对生命， 更勇敢的实现梦想 。 因为生命是如此的脆弱。 你不知道明天会发生什么事。

More updates for 2010
Last wk for dec was a busy wk cos I jus got back from japan.. Busy with closing.. =(
Had a great dinner on 30th Dec for a belated xmas exchange =)
We had dinner at Railway Mall at a pasta place. Forgot the name.. hehe.. I admit tt I'm old =(
My Xmas pressie was from WY. A towel set and a note book for me to update.. It's says "Smiles and laughter are very contagious. Share them with a friend" A lovely quote =)
But I want to use my 3 eye monster organiser for this yr first cos it has the calender for 2011. I shall use it next yr =)
I gave PZ her pressie. It's the same one tt I got for myself. I'm sorry to her. But I'm afraid I wont hav to time to buy her present after our JPN trip. I believe she likes it, so I bought it.. =)

I'm Back Blogging again!! Japan and Bintan
Sorry for the long absence.. It has been a busy and crazy dec..
5th Dec 2010: YEC Retreat
Retreat was at Bintan Indra Maya Villa. I planned the retreat and the team bonding activity. I was proud of myself for planning the activities.. It was a good start and I felt I can be a training faciliator.. =)
~ Our Villa~ Luvs the pool. Though I only swam for 5 minutes cos it's super cold.

I will be going to Bintan very soon for Co retreat.. =)
Then it was the craziest work wk for me cos I need to clear everything for my long long Japan trip on 11Dec2010.
11 Dec 2010: On the flight (JAL) to Japan- Tokyo at 7am!!! SO looking fwd to this trip cos my BFFs decided to go to Jpn this yr to ski..
Reached our hotel (Ikebukuro kita-guchi no. 1) at 7pm at Ikebukuro station. I strongly recomend this hotel cos it's cheap.. Abt 4,000 yen per person and there's discount on sundays and mondays. Met YH for dinner cos Photos another day cos I didnt manage to copy the photos.
12 Dec 2010: Tokyo Disneyland day!! SO luvs the kawaii and dreamy place. It's sooo crowded on sunday.Photos another day cos I didnt manage to copy the photos.

After onsen, we had a sumpcious 8 course dinner. Luv the nabe.. =)

16th Dec:
1) Work up at 430 am to go to Tsuji fish market. Didnt manage to watch the bidding cos it's already 630am when we reached there. Had sushi at this famous sushi 寿司大。Ate the nicest tuna belly!! It doesnt hav the tuna smell like those in singapore.. The rest of the sushi were nice and fresh too!!
2) We wemt to Ginza's Burberry blue label. Super tired, found a cafe and had a cake. Took a nap there cos it's nice and cozy..
3) Asakusa temple. Pray and made our own wishes.
4) Ueno. Suppose to be a gd shopping place. But didnt find any nice shopping.
5) We went to Agnus B boutique near shinjuku and we all bought bags tt we like!!
6) We went back to Ikebuhuro 一风堂(Ippudo) for dinner.. it's nicer than the one in signapore (mandarin gallery). The queue is much shorter than in singapore too
17th Dec:
Walked around Ikebukuro. Spent most of the time at 药店and Sunshine plaza's cosmetics shop. This is where we bought lots of masks, makeup remover, Dollywink eyelashes, eyeliner, blusher, eye shadow.. woo hoo.. the best day for shopping.. =)
We left for the haneda domestic airport to go to Hokkaido. Took Skymark, their domestic airline..
Reached Hakkaido at 6pm. Check into hotel , Nakamuraya Ryokan. It's the tradditional room with tatmi mats and futon. Nice and cosy...
Ate dinner at a nice Jap resturant @ Sapporo stn. Had nice sashimi salado with rice.. Met nic epei pei. He gave us fruits and treat L beer.
Met WY at the stn!! She's joining us for the Hokkaido part.
18th Dec:
Start of exploring Sapporo! Limit myself to 1 pic per day.. It's snowing and it's the first time I have seen snow.. =)
1) 白色恋人- White Chocolate Factory. We when for the factory tour and made our own cookie too..
2) Nichi market for snow crab sashimi.
3) Sapporo beer factory to try their beers. It's cheap.. =)
19th Dec:Otaru tour.
1) Music Box museum
2) Otaru canal
3) Otaru food museum. The ramen in Hokkaido is oilier than tokyo.
4) We had a surprise bday for WY at night. We even had a video call with LD!!
20 Dec - 23 Dec:
We left for Rusutsu Ski resort. So exciting. First time trying out snowboard.. We all stayed in the log house. We started out with renting the gears and clothes.. Went onto the slope via ski lift. Had trouble walking with the snowboad. Get off the ski lift and fell to stop.. haha.. It's the most tiring day cos of the falling, using my abs to lift the snowboad off the deep snow.I had trained an iron butt after 3 days of falling.
2nd day: We ventured to the intermediate slopes. Certain parts is really steep.. Scary..
3rd day: We all went for lesson. It really helped! I can walk faster and snowboard better. I can go board down intermediate slopes without falling. At nite, I went to beginner slope to practise braking on my toes with back facing the slope.. Had moments of brillance.. haha
23 Dec: Left Hokkaido and went back to tokyo. Check into Tokyo haneda kuko no. 1 at night.
24 Dec: Last day in Tokyo. Explore shibuya and Odaiba.
1) Shibuya- tokyo hands, bought a digital photo album.. cute.
2) Shimokitazawa for cheap and nice sushi. Bought a nice and cheap 2nd hand jacket. The place has nice and unique shops. It's a quaint little town, peaceful and slow pace.
3) Obaida- Rainbow bridge
4) Obaida Park
Went back to our hotel and ready to go to haneda airport.
Bought fancl tense up EX.. Super cheap, it's 1/3 of the price in singapore..
My purchases!! Luv my Agnus B bag, 3 eye monster and digital photo album..

13 Dec 2010:
Met PZ and L =) Start of tokyo tour..
1) Shibuya & Hachiko. Visit the crowded 109 shibuya shopping centre and Lis Lisa shop. Quite ex. Ate ramen at 神座。 Shiok!
2) Harajuku. The place sells more trendy clothes. But there's alot of blacks. I bought a nice hair clip. We went to Meiji shrine too late and it closes at 4pm. =(
3) Shinjuku. Ate omu rice at a place tt sells nice curry rice. Also visit Govt building 观景台 at Ichigaya stn. It's free. Suppose to see tokyo tower. But it's too hazy.. cant see anything. 
14 Dec 2010:
1) Rainy day. Went to Harajuku to visit meiji shrine again in the morning. I bought charms for my bro and I. We also bought a wooden pai to write our wishes.. 梦想成真！
2) Shinjuku stn to buy sushi for lunch for take away. No place to eat, so had to stand outside the stn to eat. We also got to know tt we cant eat on the train to hakone. After tt we took diff trains and ropeway to hakone. We are on our way to Hotel Green plaza. We can see Mt Fuji at the onsen. Onsen in jpn, u cant wear anything. Plus u need to sit on the stool and shower first b4 entering. It was abit embarrassing being nake in front of ur frens.. *Shy* As it was hazy tt nite, we cant see anything. But it's super shiok. Outdoor onsen with warm sake.. This is life!

We stayed in the western style room. It has 2 beds plus tatami mats with small table. It's sooo much more spacious tt the hotels in tokyo.. Big enough for 4 ppl.
After onsen, we had a sumpcious 8 course dinner. Luv the nabe.. =)
15 Dec 2010:
We woke up early for another session of onsen. We can SEE Mt Fuji~!! Snow capped Mountain.. It's the view seen above.. It's sooo wonderful!! Luf the breakfast too.. Big spread of food..
Taken lots of photos of the magnificent Mt Fuji. But photos another day.
After checking out of the lovely hotel, we took the ropeway to explore the rest of hakone. Went to the sulphur volcanic area where there's black eggs. Didnt try. We had lots of nice photos with Mt Fuiji. Post 1 first which I like alot.. =)
We also took the ferry at Lake Aishi. It was super windy and cold on the deck of the ferry.

Took bus and train back to central tokyo. Walk around shinjuku and and forgot what we ate. 16th Dec:

Wow.. spent the longest time to blog and edit photos.. 4 hrs!!!
Stay tune for the photos update and my 2011 resolutions.. Most likely will do it next wk.. =) hopefully.
Really luv this Japan trip, miss the fresh sashimi, soba, onsen, milk tea and snow!! Will want to visit japan again!!
The best is of course my trip companions!!
